Returns & Refunds

We are sure that you will be very pleased with your order but if anything is not as you were expecting, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Where we are unable to fulfil your order due to circumstances out of our control (ie weather – poor fishing conditions) a full refund will be made.

Returns are not possible with fresh or frozen products. Please notify us of any faulty products within 24 hours of delivery and a replacement or refund will be considered / discussed.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, our courier will leave your box somewhere safe. That box then becomes your responsibility. We will package your fish to ensure that it remains perfectly fresh for at least an hour.

A refund will be offered where the package has been damaged or broken but this must be declared when receiving the package. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged after delivery.
